I have 2 children. Jade my daughter who is 18 and my little buddy, KC my son who is 8. My children are my greatest joys… they light up my world. I have been married to my husband Bruce for 17 years. He is the love of my life, couldn’t imagine this journey of life without him by my side. My husband Bruce is a Chiropractor and has been practicing for over 16 years. I like to say that he takes care of the body and I take care of the mind. Together we are a great combination for helping people live a better quality of life.

Let me take you back a few years because that is when my life was shaken up, when I started on my journey to realize there was more to my life than what I was living.

I Would Have Thought, “I Had it Going On!” I had reached a place in my life where from the outside looking in you would have said Wow… look at her life but what most didn’t know was there was something missing. I had what I thought would have been success and happiness. What was missing from my life was eroding a deep hole that I was completely unaware of….

What price did I pay for not being connected?

• I created a very disempowering business venture, leaving me with huge amount of Debt.
• I was lost in my specific purpose for my life… leaving me in my 30’s thinking Why am I Here?
• I was always about taking care of someone else… thought if I could fix everyone else I would feel good.
• I made decisions that sacrificed who I was… I thought everyone else had the answers for me
• I never felt like I totally belonged or could be myself.

What was I missing?

After going through such a disempowering time in my life, I now, know the difference between SLEEP WALKING through life and being AWAKE and ALIVE with real purpose… a real connection to God, Universe or Higher Power.

It is now my personal journey to let individuals know you are so much more than you realize…

• You can Live a Healthy and Fulfilled Life with Real Purpose and Meaning
• You have something SPECIAL to give the world.
• There is something MORE FOR YOU… that YOU MATTER… Your outside world may not reflect that now but it can and will
• You can have WHOLISTIC SUCCESS: Health/Wellness Physically,  Healthy Relationships,  Healthy Business/ Finances and Spiritual Health

Being a Women I can speak from experience…. Women are phenomenal. Being a wife of a man that is humble, strong, open to learn/grow, and love… Men are phenomenal. If we… if YOU are given the opportunity to see who you really are then you would never settle for the life you are living.
