How long should I expect it to take before I feel better?
That can vary greatly from person to person. Some find immediate relief others take time, maybe several weeks to months depending on the nature of the problem. Often times some changes are felt with in the first few adjustments. We perform periodic re assessments to make sure we are on the right track so we are not just going by how you feel to determine your care plan.
I am not in pain or sick should I see a chiropractor?

Should I continue chiropractic care if I don’t have any symptoms and I feel better?
Of course its up to you, but keeping your spine and nerve system subluxation free can help you stay healthy. It has been shown that immune system function among other things is enhanced while under chiropractic care.

He uses Thompson technique and Integrated Methods. The adjustments are done manually and incorporate specialized table with sectional pieces that move when you get adjusted.
Is popping my back and neck myself the same thing as getting adjusting?
No. An adjustment is given to correct or reduce nerve system disturbance through the movement of a joint, in other words using a corrective input to reduce the effects of vertebral subluxations. Popping your back is non-specific and is not problem focused. It is merely moving joints to the end of their range of motion.
