How long should I expect it to take before I feel better?
That can vary greatly from person to person. Some find immediate relief others take time, maybe several weeks to months depending on the nature of the problem. He uses Thompson technique and Integrated Methods. The adjustments are done manually and incorporate specialized table with sectional pieces that move when you get adjusted.
Is popping my back and neck myself the same thing as getting adjusting?
No. An adjustment is given to correct or reduce nerve system disturbance through the movement of a joint, in other words using a corrective input to reduce the effects of vertebral subluxations. Popping your back is non-specific and is not problem focused. It is merely moving joints to the end of their range of motion.
